| The dining area is surrounded with windows and looks out to the sea and over a palm treed park. Eight to ten can fit around the generous dining table for an evening of conversation and a good meal. At breakfast, pull back the curtains and watch the waves break on the beach. |

The media area provides a 27 inch TV with cable service. A DVD player with movie library. Internet connection with Ethernet cable or WiFi. There's a CD player and radio tuner. Away from the media area is a relaxing sitting room with a sofa, a love seat and chairs for reading and conversation. |

| A full kitchen offers ice maker refrigerator, flat top range, microwave oven, toaster oven, coffee maker and a blender. Fully equipped for cooking and dining, this kitchen gives a large group everything it needs to prepare and serve a relaxing meal. |

| Villa Palmira is owned by Marilyn and Jim Meighan of Dunbarton, New Hampshire. When Jim and Marilyn retire, they plan to use the property as a winter home.
Jim says," Villa Palmira is the perfect beach house for one or more family. You'll always be content to stay at the lovely beach, but will be close to many wonderful activities, attractions and services when you leave.
