Minimum of a 4-day stay required. Rate: Four nights $1250. Five nights: $1500. Six nights: $1750. All rentals subject to 7% PR Rooms Tax.

*Weekly rates applies to any consecutive seven or 14 night stay. Any additional nights are charged at the daily rate of $277--or less per night, depending on length of stay.

Reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% rental fee. All rental fee payments and tax payments are non-refundable once received. A $500 refundable security deposit and balance of the rental fee must be received 14 days before occupancy date.

HOLIDAY RATE: Between December 15, --January 7, add $500 per seven consecutive nights or $72 per night. DISCOUNTS may be available in September and October.
