Looking across our home from the kitchen to the living areas shows the vaulted 12-foot ceilings, the dining area, the living room and doorway to the pool. Framed historic posters advertising Spanish Festivals provide spots of color and the reminder that you are away in a tropical paradise for fun and relaxation. White tile floors throughout the house provide a clean, cool atmosphere. |

| The comfortable living room with white archways surrounded by faux stucco finish reflects the architecture of modern San Juan. Twin love seats are grouped with two banquettes to provide a wonderful conversation area. During the evenings you can relax in comfort and enjoy one of 50 movies from the house library. A TV receives stations from Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands...or turn on the Radio/CD/Tape player for local music, play music from the CD collection or listen to disks you've brought along. |

The generous dipping pool just outside the door offers complete privacy and fantastic views of the Caribbean and surrounding mountains. While you swim look one way and your in "Colorado". Turn your head and see a 20 mile shoreline from Naguabo on the north to Yabucoa in the south. At night, swim under the stars and look out over a thousand lights along the eastern shore of the island. The gradual pool is approximately 4 feet deep with gentle steps down from the deck. Slip in, relax, cool off and enjoy a drink, but be careful...you may never want to leave the house. |
