*Weekly rates applies to any consecutive seven or 14 night stay. Any additional nights after 7 are charged at the daily rate of $190 per night or less depending on length of stay. Reservations require a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% rental fee. A $500 refundable security deposit and balance of the rental fee must be received 14 days before occupancy date. Holiday Rates: Between December 15 and January 7, add $500 per week or $72 per night. Discounts of up to 10% available in September and October.
